"Steer Clear"

Like many others, I used to rave about their service for years; even with a monthly fee, I thought it was worth it since everything was smooth sailing (I mean, it WAS). 

Since the merger with Stamps.com, their rating has plummeted from a solid 4/5 stars to a big fat ZERO. They play games with your billing using some 'creative math' (I had to dispute charges TWICE with my bank), and they’ve got some serious tech problems with features that are meant to simplify transactions (like the scan forms that keep glitching). Plus, their customer service is a total joke - you get cookie-cutter replies to your messages, only to be told to CALL THEM, which leads to LONG wait times and multiple tries just to find someone who actually knows what they’re talking about. 

I’ve now switched to a FREE alternative (there are plenty of competitors out there, even more than before) that offers lower postage and insurance rates. So really, why would anyone stick with these clowns?!?

"Too Costly for Certain Features"
I've been using this service for quite a while now. If you're looking to access additional features, you'll need to pay for the more expensive plans. It's just too pricey for what you actually receive.
